Zhao Dajun

Was born in Hankou, Hubei province, in 1937. His ancestral home was in Shandong province. Studied in the Affiliated High School of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts (LAFA), Shenyang, Liaoning province, in 1954. Studied in the oil painting department, LAFA, in 1958. Graduated in 1962, and taught in LAFA. Was awarded the “Luxun Art Education Prize” at the celebration of the 70th anniversary of LAFA in 2008. Professor, the deputy dean of the oil painting department and the dean of teaching and research section of the mural painting department of LAFA; deputy dean of the academic commission of LAFA。
